Rev. Geo. Whipple-
Dear Sir-
In accordance with your request, I write to state that I shall, Providence permitting, arrive in New York, Thurday noon, 24th ult., in order to proceed at once to Norfolk Va. If convenient, please meet me on the arrival of the first train from Binghamton. If it be necessary to write to me direct to Binghamton.
