Rev. Hunt
Dear Friend
During the last two months there has been almost an entire change of scholars but a few remain who attended the winter months[.] A large number were alphabet scholars, but they are doing remarkably well; most of them reading with ease in the First Reader.
The Sunday-school is very interesting and the Monthly Concert is always hailed with delight by parents and children. Much earnestness is manifested to excel in Scripture recitations, and the impression made in their childish minds I trust may be as “bread cast upon the waters.”
Respectfully
M. E. Watson
