Dear Sir:
I send you blanks for yourself, Miss [[underlined]] Green, [[/underlined]] Miss [[underlined]] Dickson, [[/underlined]] Miss [[underlined]] Osbourne [[/underlined]] and Miss [[underlined]] Grantum, [[/underlined]] to sign. Let them state on a separate paper what their transportation cost, and give the items. If they put the amount on the blank, sometimes it is more than the Govt. will allow, and thus spoils the blank. In other respects
