- Supt. Kimball sends John Core of the Baltimore Association a list of teachers from whom he has received monthly reports, including Harford County teachers Addie V. Greene, Ida S. Marshall, and Maggie J. Sorrell. Teachers cannot be paid until their reports are received. He asks Core to make the teachers understand that their reports must be sent in immediately.

Dear Sir:
I have only reports from following places; or rather teachers
Miss [[underlined]] Green; H. A. Monroe; Ida S. Marshall; Julia L. Brooks; Delia Davage; P. P. Whitehouse, Laura L. Piper; Maggie L. Sorrell; Alice M. Smith; R. Primus; R. Fortune; Kate H. Grover; Mary Hoye. [[/underlined]] I understand from Mr. [[underlined]] Alvord, [[/underlined]] Genl. Supt. of Education, that the $10. from Bureau cannot be paid until these reports are in. I hope you will make teachers understand that these reports must be sent in immediately, and for October, and that they are expected by the 5th of each month.
