[[double underlined]] This Deed [[/double underlined]] made this Eighth day of January, One Thousand Eight hundred and sixty eight by [[underlined]] Joseph Peaco [[/underlined]], and [[underlined]] Sarah A. his wife [[/underlined]], of [[underlined]] Harford County [[/underlined]] and State of [[underlined]] Maryland [[/underlined]],
[[double underlined]] Witnesseth [[/double underlined]]:- That in consideration of the sum of [[underlined]] Five Dollars, [[/underlined]] the said [[underlined]] Joseph Peaco [[/underlined]] and wife, do grant unto [[underlined]] Jerome B. Armstrong, Alexander Perry, Joseph Haines, Stephen Jameson [[/underlined]] and [[underlined]] Henry Grigg [[/underlined]] - Trustees, and to their successors in trust for the purpose of a School House lot, [[underlined]] all the [[/underlined]] following describes lots of land, situated about one mile north of [[underlined]] Darlington [[/underlined]] in [[underlined]] Harford County [[/underlined]] aforesaid, being part of a tract of land called [[underlined]] "PHilips Purchase" [[/underlined]] beginning at a granite stone on the south side of [[underlined]] Fletcher Jones Lane [[/underlined]] and running thence North forty eight and three fourths degrees, west sixty five an hundredth from the corner of the church lot and running thence south twenty eight and one fourth degrees East four perches - to a Granite stone - thence South sixty degrees west four and one-fourth perches to a Stone- thence north twenty eight degrees west. Three and seven tenths perches to a stone in the south side of the aforesaid lane- and thence North fifty six degrees, East, four and

one fourth perches to the place of beginning, containing sixteen square perches of land, more or less-with a right mested in a majority of the survivors at any time to re-convey to Successors.

On this Eighth day of January in the year One Thousand eight hundred and sixty eight, before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of said state, in and for said county, personally appeared [[underlined]] Joseph Peaco [[/underlined]] and [[underlined]] Sarah [[/underlined]] his wife, and severally acknowledged the foregoing deed to be their respective act.

This Deed made this Eighth day of January One thousand eight hundred sixty eight by Joseph Peaco and Sarah A. his wife of Harford County and State of Maryland witnessethd That in consideration of the sum of five dollars the said Joseph Peaco and wife do grant unto Jerome B Armstrong Alexander Berry Joseph Haines Stephen Jameson and Henry Prigg- Trustees and to their successors in trust for the purpose of a School-house lot all the following described lot of land situated about one mile north of Darlington in Harford County [[underlined]] aforesaid [[/underlined]] being part of a tract of land called "Philips Purchase." Beginning at a granite stone on the south side of Fletcher Jones lane and running thence north forty eight and three fourth degrees, west sixty five an hundredth from the corner of the Church lot and running thence South twenty eight and one fourth
degrees East four perches- to a Granite stone- thence south sixty degrees west four and one fourth perches to a stone Thence north twenty eight degrees west Three and seven tenth perches to a stone in the south side of the aforesaid lane, and thence north fifty six degrees east four and one fourth perches to the place of beginning containing sixteen square perches of land more or less with a right vested in a majority of the Survivors, at any time to reconvey to successors-
